Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with experience in marketing and advertising that knows how to get work through the house. The project manager will work closely with our creative team to keep all projects on track and on budget.

What You Will Do
• Own project management for all client deliverables from marketing campaign development, content creation, website design and builds, social media, video, and other digital executions.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and manage that schedule using Asana, Slack and email.
• Coordinate with all team members and client in keeping the work moving efficiently through to completion on time and on budget.
• Monitor and follow-up with team members on project status
• Develop scopes of work and estimates for incoming work
• Stay on top of scheduled deadlines and communicate clearly and early when delivery dates may be in jeopardy

What You Should Know
• 2 – 5 years of experience in project management for an agency or marketing department
• A clear understanding of the processes required to develop and deliver creative work of all types.
• Proficiency in Asana project management tool
• Experienced in project estimating and budgeting

Graphic Designer

At Clever Lucy we create everything from websites and email marketing to logos and tradeshow displays. If any or all of these things are in your wheelhouse we’d love to chat and see your portfolio.

What You Should Know
• At least 2 – 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)

Motion Designer
