Tier 2: 2,000 marketing contacts, automated and personalized engagement across channels, collaboration tools, campaign management, campaign conversion tools, analytics reports, and phone support (you have to pay more to talk to a human in real-time?).
Tier 3: 10,000 marketing contacts, team and brand management, sandboxes, Salesforce custom object sync, adaptive testing, and advanced reporting.
